This tour is planned, recruited, and operated by the company listed as the “organizer” (hereafter referred to as “our company”). By applying, you will enter into a recruitment-type package tour contract. The contract details and conditions follow the terms stated here for each specific course.
The contract is concluded when we accept your application and receive the required application fee. If applying online, the contract is concluded at the time of application confirmation. Even after the contract is formed, it may be cancelled under certain conditions.
Applicants require parental consent.
We may change the itinerary, services, or other contract details due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, transport issues, or operational needs.
If you cancel your trip after booking, cancellation fees will apply based on the timing (see table). Changes to departure dates are treated as cancellations and rebookings.
Full payment is required 21 days before departure. If booking within 21 days of departure, payment must be made by the date specified by the company.
You may cancel your travel contract at any time by paying the prescribed cancellation fee.

Travel details are provided in official brochures or materials. A tour conductor will be present on the tour.
These conditions are based on the standards as of the date stated in the brochure.
